Karen's Music School

Karen has been teaching guitar for over 35 years. She taught herself to play the guitar when she was 12. By the time she was 14 she had started to teach her friends how to play and has continued to teach guitar ever since. Today she records her own songs and cover versions in her  home recording studio in Clacton. She teaches both adults and children many of whom have gone on to join bands and have musical careers of their own. Karen specialises in teaching chords and strumming techniques using her own "easy to learn style". She teaches anyone of any age who wants to learn to play guitar. Karen teaches a range of guitar techniques including different rythmns and finger picking.
